Why Preparation Matters
Motorcycle tanks, fairings and mudguards have curves and recesses that need careful cleaning, repair and preparation before paint. We carry out the required preparation in-house, whether you bring us one component or a complete bike.
Please note: Our team prepares and primes components in-house before painting. We do not paint over DIY or customer-prepared surfaces; if you have already started work, tell us what has been done so we can assess the next steps.

Component Refreshes
Ideal for individual panels, mudguards, or fuel tanks needing a flawless factory colour-match or fresh gloss finish. Meticulously hand-prepped for durable adhesion against fuel spills. Intake starts from £400.

Factory & OE Multi-Colour
A top-to-bottom workshop respray back to original factory styling. This includes standard multi-colour layouts and original factory graphics/decal placement. Quoted per panel based on component count and masking complexity.

Bespoke Custom Studio
For reproductions of existing factory or race-team paint schemes, including matching colours and replica graphics, enquire through our Rider Division.

The Process

Surface Preparation
We begin with intensive chemical decontamination and panel correction. Because motorcycle fairings and tanks feature tight recesses and radical curves that mechanical tools cannot touch, 100% of our sanding and shaping is done painstakingly by hand to guarantee perfect paint adhesion and eliminate the risk of peeling.

Multi-Tone Layout & Precision Masking
Achieving sharp, clean lines on radical curves takes immense skill. We spend hours on the masking bench mapping out layers, graphics, and geometric panels entirely by hand, ensuring factory-accurate schemes or complex race replicas are perfectly symmetrical before the color coats are applied.

Graphic Integration & UV Lacquer
We source and meticulously align specialist, fuel-resistant graphics completely by hand. These decals are locked permanently beneath multiple layers of premium clear coat and baked in our booth, creating an incredibly deep, high-gloss finish built to withstand fuel spills and the open road.
